To drive footfall and promote products and services through coordinated marketing campaigns. What You will do Marketing Calendar, ATL & BTL
Creating a calendar of promotions and brand activation for the year
Working creative agency and media partner to deliver ATL & BTL
Coordinate with malls, stores, and suppliers to ensure marketing material is supplied in required quantities in line w/ marketing calendar and activity
Filing /archiving full package for campaigns and results/reports
Budgeting & SOP
Follow up of invoices w/ third party suppliers and the payments w/ Finance
Prepare monthly comparison of marketing expenses vs. budget
Prepare annual marketing budget and quarterly reviews
Marketing shoots
Coordinate the products for the photoshoot. Limit Shrinkage & Damage at Product Photoshoot 0.5% on damage and 1% in shrinkage at photoshoots
Drive Loyalty Program
Create awareness of blue loyalty among ACE customers through category specific offers
Social media & PR
Assist event set-up
Prepare updates for Corporate Intranet in coordination with Stores &RO
Prepare PR/event updates
Facilitate the process of providing relevant loan products to PR agency
Liaise with social media and PR agency with feedback on content, products, and samples.
Required Skills to be successful
MS office skills, well versed in PowerPoint & excel
Clear and logical in communication
Able to collaborate, team player
Ability to work with agencies and external parties.
Analytical with good negotiating skills
What equips you for the role Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/ University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience and Knowledge
2+ years of experience preferably in Retail or Agency line
