Formulate a strategic plan to effectively respond to and manage potential crisis, ensuring the organisation\'s resilience.Consolidate and analyse quarterly reports to evaluate emergency management performance.Advise and consult on CBCM strategy, policies, and procedures compliance with regulations.Manage projects related to crisis management, ensuring effective execution and desired outcomes.Research and identify relevant requirements, international standards, and procedures to implement best practices in crisis management and business continuity.
Profile
7+ years of working experience, including a proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role.UAE National.Comprehensive knowledge of crisis management and business continuity principles, strategies, and methodologies.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Excellent analytical skills to assess performance, identify risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
