Call Centre/Receptionist (UAE National)
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide general information about services.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
Handle client concerns and inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Ensure the front desk is organized and maintained at all times.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and faxes.
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Support the dental lab team with various administrative duties.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
UAE National with a family book.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in
English and Arabic
is a must.
A background in the dental industry is a plus but not required.
A positive, professional demeanour with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
