Job Description
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a candidate passionate about advancing ESG principles and driving sustainability across the built environment.
- Lead sustainable construction initiatives across large-scale development and infrastructure projects
- Drive the sourcing and implementation of certified green building materials and circular solutions
- Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams to embed sustainability from concept to execution
- Evaluate supplier sustainability performance and ensure alignment with ESG objectives
- Contribute to broader environmental strategy, innovation, and regulatory compliance
- UAE National with Family Book and 5-9 years of experience in construction, supply chain, or procurement
- Strong technical knowledge of sustainable building materials and green construction practices
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LEED, Estidama, or WELL
- Proven experience working on large-scale developments or infrastructure projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage senior internal and external stakeholders
