Job Description
The ideal candidate will be someone who can combine strong pitch deck preparation skills with robust financial modeling abilities, and is ready to contribute to complex, high-stakes advisory mandates. You will work closely with senior bankers, rating agencies, and external clients, supporting all phases of transaction preparation, from strategy and structuring to execution and pitch delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of high-impact pitchbooks and presentation materials for internal and client-facing use
- Build and review detailed financial models to support rating advisory and capital structuring mandates
- Support in conducting industry research, peer benchmarking, and credit analysis to assess client positioning
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., rating agencies) throughout the transaction life-cycle
- Participate in client meetings, contribute to deal execution, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones
- Monitor and track rating actions, market developments, and regulatory updates relevant to the region
- UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 strategy, or private equity
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint pitch preparation and Excel-based financial modeling
- Clear understanding of capital markets, corporate credit, and rating agency methodologies is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
