Description Assist Relationship Managers in managing retail client portfolios and maintaining strong relationships.Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and addressing their banking needs.Support business growth by identifying opportunities and cross-selling/up-selling retail banking products and services.Assist in the onboarding process for new retail clients, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.Conduct financial analysis to assess client eligibility for banking products and services.Collaborate with teams to prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Generate reports on portfolio performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Profile UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Banking certifications are a plus.Preferred experience in retail banking or relationship management at a multinational bank.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Collaborative mindset to work effectively with Relationship Managers and team members.
