Job Description
Severity Security Services LLC Needing an UAE National Administrative Officer to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. Supports other departments with various administrative tasks. An organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills and carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- Ensures that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. * Knowledge and familiarity in the Security Industry is a MUST.
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits. * Preparing summary report on a daily basis.
- Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails * Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records Requirements:
- Proven experience as office clerk or any other clerical position * Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Very good knowledge of Windows and MS Office Applications
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
