Role and Responsibilities . Provide technical support regard to insulation requirement to follow design and standard . To become focal person and responsible for the coordination and supervision of insulation activities. . Assess Insulation requests in Turnaround job packages and prepare scope, manpower, access, material requirements . Liaise with operations / process to assess what insulation can be removed pre-turnaround. . Responsible for EH&S compliance insulation contractors during Pre-TA, execution and post TA phase. . Assist planning team in TA insulation scope definition and time estimate . Paying attention to agreements made, materials used, quality, procedures and regulations . Working closely with insulation sub-contractors/suppliers. . Responsible for the provision of risk analyses and timely issuance of work permits. . Provide support and advice to contractor companies to ensure international and company quality & standards and drawings are followed. . Monitor team manpower levels & training compliance of contractors. . Advise Contractors of most efficient to increase overall productivity, progress and safety. . Coach Contractor supervision and Inspection personnel to improve knowledge and competence. . Advise Contractor teams of most efficient storage and transportation methods. . Provide regular progress reports to management detailing contractor capacity and performance. . Liaise between, Construction, Execution, HSE and Contractor teams to resolve site issues. . Monitor and reports work activities and manpower requirements / resources to meet established completion dates, monitors craft personnel levels, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules. . Determine if any asbestos removal involved. . Identify what activities can be undertaken during pre-Turnaround . Work with contractor personnel to compile man-hour estimates. . Attend meetings during Pre-Turnaround, execution & Post TA. . Audit Insulation and scaffolds for compliance with standards and appropriate material content. . Monitor all insulation and scaffold work and allocate resource across TA to ensure critical path work resourced. . Ensure any punch-items are completed as quick as possible in post TA. . Participate in lessons learned session. . Work with planners to implement insulation needs in Job Packages . Review engineering scaffold documentation . Review workers certifications . Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Skills: . Good English communication skills. (orally and written). . Good Urdu communication skills. (orally and written) . Excellent understanding of insulation standards. . Shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards . Knowledge of CITB, CISRS, B.S.EN. 12811.1 . Knowledge of insulation materials and standards . Basic computer skills: Email & MS-office . Safety conscious . Innovative approach . Strong advocate for on time delivery and defender of the timeline. . Flexible in working Schedule. . Ability to work under pressure. . Ability to work in the erection of complex and advanced scaffolding. . Capable to prepare the tracking sheets for Pre-TA, progress report during execution & close out report for insulation after TA completion.

Certificates: . Acceptable and valid health certificate. . Insulation inspection certificate . Qualified to BGas Grade 2 or (NACE) Level II Critical Coatings Certification . Any other Job related professional certificates.
