Retail Sales Executive - Luxury Watches
Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to represent its luxury watch brands in-store. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about retail sales, have a keen interest in high-end timepieces, and are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience through product knowledge and service
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Operate the POS system accurately and assist in training others on its usage
• Handle customer concerns professionally at the point of sale
• Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness, fitting room order, and merchandise displays
• Support in pricing, labeling, and promotional execution
• Replenish stock as required and assist with inventory counting
• Cover for the Store Manager as needed, supporting operations and security procedures
• Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies

Requirements:
Education:

• High school diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in luxury or watch retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a customer-facing retail role

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, customer-centric mindset, and a professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended hours and manage stock replenishment tasks
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and punctuality
