Role: Tray Line Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced
Tray Line Supervisor
to oversee and manage tray line operations in our Dubai facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and prior experience as a captain or head waiter in catering or hotel environments.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage tray line staff to ensure smooth operations
Oversee food packing, portion control, and order accuracy
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and service quality
Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and consistency
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to meet daily production targets
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in catering or hotels as a captain or head waiter
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent knowledge of food service operations and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
