We are hiring a
female Arabic-speaking Visa Consultant
with expertise inSchengen, UK, USA, and Canada visa processing
and strongsales skills
. The ideal candidate should deliver exceptional client service and successfullyconvert leads into confirmed clients
.Key ResponsibilitiesVisa Consultation & Processing
Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation. Assist in preparing, verifying, and submitting documents. Schedule
biometric appointments, embassy interviews
, and track applications. Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration guidelines.Sales & Business Development
Convert inquiries into confirmed clients through
effective consultation
. Offercustomized visa solutions
and handle objections confidently. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promoteexpress visa services, travel insurance, and related add-ons
.Client Relationship Management
Follow up with clients to ensure successful conversions. Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
for repeat business. Provide visa and travel advisory as needed.Embassy & Visa Center Coordination
Liaise with
VFS, TLS, embassies, and consulates
for smooth processing. Stay updated on visa policy changes and common rejection reasons. Handlepriority and express visa requests
efficiently.Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records in
CRM systems
. Monitor conversion rates and provide performance reports.Requirements
Female candidate - Arabic fluency is mandatory
. Experience inSchengen, UK, USA, and Canada visa processing
. Strongsales and negotiation skills
. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Familiarity withVFS/TLS procedures and embassy coordination
