Responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of travel packages, including flight, hotel, tour, and transport bookings. Serves as the primary client contact, ensures smooth operations, resolves issues, and contributes to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and organize customized travel packages based on client needs.
Manage all travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, activities visa processing,) using Global Distribution Systems (GDS & NDC) like Amadeus.
Communicate with clients for consultations, understanding requirements, and providing support before and during travel.
Coordinate operations with suppliers and service providers, managing invoicing and payments.
