Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Counter Staff
with experience in ticketing and travel services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
Bengali and English
, familiar with
GDS systems
such as Galileo or Amadeus, and ready to
join immediately
. This role is based at our Dubai office and requires excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and bookings at the front desk or via phone/email.
Issue airline tickets using GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, etc.).
Assist with visa application processing and travel documentation.
Provide clients with accurate information on travel packages and services.
Maintain and update client records and booking logs.
Coordinate with tour operators and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times.
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel and ticketing roles.
Fluency in
Bengali and English
(required); Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in
GDS systems
(Galileo, Amadeus, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requests.
Knowledge of UAE visa processes (preferred).
Ready to
join immediately
