Job Summary:
The Hotel Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for generating sales across all hotel properties, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing hotel operations including reservations, confirmations, and coordination with partners. This is a hybrid role requiring a proactive salesperson with operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in hotel B2B sales is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and booking processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks.
Experience with hotel booking systems
Fluent in English / Arabic
3 to 5 years of expereince in the field
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new hotel clients, including travel agencies, corporates, and tour operators, both locally and internationally.
Promote hotel products and services, negotiate rates, and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Operations & Booking Management
Handle hotel bookings and reservations efficiently on a b2b system
Coordinate with hotels to confirm room availability, rates, and special requests.
Manage client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure accuracy in booking data, confirmations, and invoicing.
