Position Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Operations Executive
to join our high-performing team in the UAE. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of internal sales processes, supporting customer onboarding, managing CRM workflows, and collaborating closely with the Sales and Account Management teams.
Ideal candidates will have experience in sales coordination, SaaS operations, or customer support, and be adept at using CRM and ERP systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
Manage and update sales activities using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Assist sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Track and manage the sales pipeline; follow up on pending tasks with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule demos, client meetings, and sales follow-ups.
Client Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare onboarding kits, documentation, and training timelines for new clients.
Ensure accurate recording of customer data and purchased modules in internal systems.
Support product training and documentation efforts during onboarding.
Renewals & Upselling Support
Monitor client renewal dates and support the Account Executive in the renewal process.
Identify upsell opportunities based on client usage trends and engagement levels.
Share communications on new product features, upgrades, and add-ons.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer queries and coordinate internal support.
Collect feedback and escalate key issues to relevant departments.
Reporting & Metrics
Generate and share weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer interactions.
Track and present customer success KPIs and coordinate action plans for improvement.
Maintain a centralized and organized archive of contracts, invoices, and communication records.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in sales operations, customer coordination, or SaaS support roles.
Knowledge of ERP systems and cloud-based SaaS platforms.
Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with the UAE/GCC business landscape or the automotive sector is a plus.
UAE driving license is a bonus.
Arabic proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory.
