Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our GCC outbound travel business. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales experience, deep knowledge of GCC travel markets, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for GCC markets
Build and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead conversion
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
