Actively and comprehensively leading the sales process of travel and tour products and services
Preparation and execution of sales strategy and plans
Acquiring, managing and expanding the client portfolio
Preparing and negotiating cooperation terms, regular reporting on activities, sales and plan execution.
Establishing contacts and building relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing customer service and assisting in resolving customer issues
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures to Management in particular selling circumstances as the need arises
Negotiate, draw up formal contracts, close the sales & partnership agreements
Consult with new advertisers on the benefits and opportunities of working with travel audience directly and through online portals
Track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts of sales to the Management team on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Draft offers and contracts (manage product mix, pricing and margins according to agreed targets
Keep the CRM database up to date and work closely with the internal team to have 100% accurate information at all times
Participate in industry trade events and close deals in line with Company sales strategy
Identify and build partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, corporate clients, and event organizers.
Negotiate contracts, develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers.
Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions.
Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages, special deals, and excursions.
Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Itinerary Planning: Design and offer customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring unforgettable travel experiences.
Problem Solving: Resolve any issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or client complaints efficiently and professionally.
What are we looking for:
Strong sales experience, preferably in senior level in Travel & Tourism Industry.
Expert knowledge of the research, media, digital marketing tools, Travel & Tourism Industry.
Ability to independently draft sales strategies, plans and execute them.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Independence in decision-making, goal-oriented mindset, ambition of high achiever.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-confidence.
Experience:
Travel Industry Sales Consultant / Manager: 5 years (Required)
Travel and Tourism in UAE: 5 years (Required)
Language:
English, Arabic, fluency in any other languages would be an added advantage
