This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Sales Executive at EMS in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential travel agencies for onboarding onto our B2B booking portal (flights, hotels, packages, Global Visa etc.)
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the number of active agencies
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Provide online demos and training to agency users
Negotiate commercial terms, including margins, credit limits, and incentive plans
Achieve monthly sales targets and growth KPIs
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the travel industry
Familiarity with travel booking systems, APIs, and B2B travel technology
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English.
