We are seeking for A: Tagalog, Hindi or Urdu speaking travel sales consultant.

The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, is eager to share exciting travel opportunities, and is motivated by achieving sales targets. In this position, you'll connect with potential customers, share information about our travel services, and help them plan their dream trips--all while providing a fantastic customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our wide range of travel services, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and more. Understand each customer's travel needs and recommend the best options based on their preferences and budget. Turn inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and closing the sale. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth booking process. Keep track of your sales performance and meet or exceed individual and team targets. Stay updated on current travel trends, promotions, and new offerings to better assist customers.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in telesales or a similar sales role, ideally within the travel industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and explain travel options clearly. A natural ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone. A positive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results. Experience with online booking systems is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a bonus. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
