Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, deep knowledge of travel products (flights, visas, holiday packages, etc.), and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person Create and sell customized travel packages (flights, hotel bookings, visa services, tours, etc.) Promote Skydome's travel deals, packages, and services to new and existing clients Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively following up with leads Manage bookings, prepare travel itineraries, and process payments Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, visa procedures, and destination knowledge Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, and payments Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales or similar role Strong knowledge of UAE visa services, flight booking systems (e.g., GDS), and travel destinations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude Tagalog Speaking Candidates preferred Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
