Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, providing travel advice, and delivering outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell travel services, including flights, visas, holiday packages, and tours.
Handle client inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Prepare and provide customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Ensure up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, promotions, and travel regulations.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage pre- and post-sales support.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of GDS/airline ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Tagalog preferred).
Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Present in UAE for immediate joining is preferred.
