To be a successful Travel sales consultant, you should have a strong working knowledge of travel management processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
Role & Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential clients and selling travel packages.
Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel such as local vendors, park vendors, transport services, and hotel groups.
Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
Planning travel accommodations,
VISA processing, flight bookings, local tours, attraction tickets, hotels, car rentals
, and coordinating travel activities.
Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including
real-time payments tracking, itinerary preparations, and voucher creation
.
Assisting clients with any travel-related issues that may arise.
Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services to offer the best options.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred.
Proficiency in
Arabic and English
(mandatory).
A bachelor's degree in any stream (a degree in
Tourism or Hospitality
is a plus).
Minimum
2 years of experience in the travel industry
