Identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in assigned institutional market channels.

Primary Accountabilities:
Customer Satisfaction and Brand Representation
1. Identifying & executing the business opportunity available within the allocated region/geography.
Reporting daily sales activity & sales operation activity
2. Lead, coach and motivate the account and key account managers team to (over-)achieve the targets, executed in line with the company vision and values.
3. Understand the end-consumer and customers' needs and identify growth opportunities
4. Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.
5. Lead new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and consultants.
6. Leverage the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and
executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with sub-advisors and consultants.
8. Collaborate with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and
focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
9. Work closely with Brand Managers, Sales Supervisors to further develop sales opportunities.
10. Own the institutional vertical with P&L responsibility
11. Align, understand and execute efficiently on yearly, quarterly, monthly & daily revenue target's
12. Cross-sell & upsell for better revenue generation from existing & new clients across multiple product category.
13. Drive market development and enhance market share.
14. Drive sustainable account growth with Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing.
15. Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers.
16. Providing the highest level of engagement and client service excellence for target institutions and deepen key relationships in target markets.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing with technical or education degree in Retail Management.
2. Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment.
3. Sound financial, marketing and global retailing acumen.
4. Full understanding of Point of Sale (PO) market structure and factors influencing profitability. Knowledge of marketing and sales management techniques and tools
5. Strong multicultural awareness; thorough strategic understanding of customers and other value chain loyalty program.
6. Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team
7. Strong talent building leadership with the capability to manage, engage and inspire people manifested through effective challenging, coaching and feedback.

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month
