UAE and Gulf markets

, and are looking for a dynamic

Retail Sales Manager

to lead this strategic growth.

Position Overview



The

Retail Sales Manager

will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding

retail partnerships

with leading chains, department stores, beauty stores, and lifestyle retailers across the

UAE & Gulf region

. This role demands a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, deep retail connections, and a proven ability to drive brand presence and sell-through in competitive categories.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a

retail expansion strategy

for Brands across UAE & Gulf countries. Identify and onboard

key retail partners

-- including supermarkets, pharmacies, fashion, grooming, and lifestyle chains. Lead

B2B negotiations

, finalize terms, and ensure proper placement and visibility of products in-store. Build strong relationships with

category buyers, procurement heads, and retail decision-makers

. Manage

listing processes

, promotional activations, and in-store marketing initiatives. Monitor sales performance by account and region; ensure sell-through targets are achieved. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure

stock availability, pricing consistency, and merchandising excellence

. Conduct regular market visits to assess product visibility, competitor activity, and consumer insights. Prepare and present

monthly sales reports, forecasts, and retail strategy updates

to senior management. Represent the company at

trade fairs, exhibitions, and retail networking events

across the Gulf region.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience

in retail sales, business development, or key account management within the

FMCG, personal care, lifestyle, or fashion sectors

. Proven network and track record with

UAE & GCC retail groups

(e.g., Landmark, Apparel, Chalhoub, Majid Al Futtaim, Alshaya, etc.). Strong understanding of retail operations, pricing models, and trade marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel across Gulf markets as needed. Fluency in English is mandatory;
