We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all ticketing arrangements and designing memorable holiday packages for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage international and domestic flight ticket bookings with accuracy and efficiency
Plan and organize tailored holiday itineraries, ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues
Keep abreast of industry trends, airline deals, and new travel products
Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
Requirements:-
Proven experience in travel ticketing and holiday planning, with a minimum of 2 years in the travel industry
Strong knowledge of airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and global travel procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of visa and documentation requirements
Professional certifications like IATA/UFTAA preferred
