We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused
Travel Consultant & Ticketing Agent
with an
IATA certification
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, booking flights, issuing tickets, and handling travel-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, arrange, and sell domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, and tours
Issue air tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance
Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with airline policies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline fares, schedules, and promotions
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
IATA Certification (mandatory)
Proven experience in travel consultancy and ticketing
Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
