Itinerary planning:
Design and book complete travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities, while advising on destinations, customs, and weather.
Sales and revenue generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales, upselling, and cross-selling additional services like insurance.
Customer service:
Provide excellent service throughout the entire process, from the initial booking to resolving issues, handling cancellations, and managing complaints.
Relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and travel vendors, such as hotels and tour operators.
Market knowledge:
Stay informed about travel industry trends, new destinations, and promotions to provide the best advice and offers.
