We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Travel Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft tailored travel packages based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and travel planning services to clients for domestic and international travel.
Promote and sell travel services including Umrah packages, holiday tours, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa services.
Build travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage customer records using travel booking systems.
Handle inquiries and provide after-sales support professionally and promptly.
Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination knowledge.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing and package customization.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and systems (e.g., GDS/Amadeus/Sabre is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
