Travel Consultant

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional travel consultation to clients, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and visa assistance. Design customized itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements. Offer guidance on destinations, travel requirements, insurance, and best travel options. Manage bookings through airline and hotel reservation systems (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre or equivalent). Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with excellent service quality. Stay updated with travel regulations, promotions, and industry trends. Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and tour operators to deliver the best deals to clients. Upsell and cross-sell travel-related products and services to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a related tourism role. Proficiency in travel booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar). Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
