Dream Land Adventure Tourism LLC is seeking a motivated

Inbound Travel Consultant

to join our Head Office in Dubai. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in UAE inbound tourism. Candidates with a strong background in travel, vendor contracting, and negotiation are preferred -- however, fresh graduates or candidates with a keen interest in tourism are also welcome to apply and will be considered for training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and plan customized inbound travel packages for individual and group travelers visiting the UAE. Respond promptly to CRM-generated inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings and sales. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized travel solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other local vendors. Negotiate competitive rates and favorable contract terms with suppliers and service providers. Manage the end-to-end booking process, including confirmations and service coordination. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service before, during, and after travel. Stay updated on UAE tourism trends, new attractions, and local experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any service-related issues promptly.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in inbound travel consultancy

fresh graduates or candidates with a strong interest in tourism are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage). Knowledge of UAE tourist attractions, accommodations, and local logistics is an added plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and booking portals (training can be provided for fresh candidates). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
