Job Description

Position Overview:As a Business Development Executive specializing in B2B for our travel company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by establishing and expanding partnerships with businesses in the travel and hospitality sector. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue through B2B channels. Responsibilities: Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market needs and identify areas for business expansion and partnership development. Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within B2B clients.
Understand clients\' business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions accordingly. Sales Presentations and Proposals:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company\'s offerings and value proposition.
Develop and present customized proposals based on client requirements. Negotiation and Closing:Lead negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Close deals and ensure smooth transition to the account management team. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with client needs. Meet and Exceed Targets:Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends. Stay Informed:Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Continuously enhance knowledge of the travel and hospitality sector. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
