Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at Yatra Planner Tourism L.L.C in Abu Dhabi. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, providing destination information, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in travel booking systems and software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of travel destinations and trends Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
