We can offer you the following tasks:
Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and improving information flow from customer enquiry to final customer payment. The job holder will be assigned to handle mainly the customer orders and to finalize it on time to ensure accurate invoicing and cash flow. This individual will act as the interface to our customers, suppliers on assigned projects.
As
Service Department Assistant & Logistics Officer
you:
Coordinates service activities with the Service Department, customers and agents for safe boarding of service personnel.
Arranges travel for service job related inside and outside UAE - hotel booking, air tickets in coordination with MDT AE's official Travel Agent
Communicates directly with service staff travelers of their travel needs
Prepares NOC letter for job related travels
Books LPO travel reimbursements
Prepares Travel Security form for jobs carried out in restricted countries
Logistics for transportation of tools and spares.
Assists for service related quotation/invoicing
Does Travel Arrangements for service staff, NOC letters as when required outside the company standard working/business hours.
Responds to urgent situations in arranging job related travels of service personnel, preparation of NOC letters when on vacation and Public Holidays for the purpose of resolving urgent cases
Performs other duties as assigned.
Logistics:
Ensures effective use of own & subcontracted transport.
Coordinates with freight handling and clearance agent and ensures correctness of the documentations needed for receiving / dispatching of goods.
Oversees sending and receiving of the goods in accordance with logistical schedules and customers' expectations.
Assists in execution of movement of spare parts, tools and equipment in compliance with local regulations as well as the Corporate Code of Conduct.
Achieving high levels of customer satisfactions through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the good quality of goods and adequate quantity of goods.
Ensures proper flow of information between store and all other parties involved in the projects, with respect to the tools/equipment/transport arrangements.
Inspect regularly condition and availability of equipment and tools, needed for the dispatch of maintenance work
Preparation / arrangement of tools and spares for coming maintenance
You can help us with these qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Very good oral and written communication skills in English
Minimum 3 year's experience in the same field
Proficient typing skills
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively particularly with local government bodies.
Good level of IT skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience on the portal system usage (Immigration and Free zone)
Proven experience as logistics coordinator
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
