We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our
Travel Agency
team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, travel bookings, and itinerary planning. You will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, booking flights/hotels, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Book flights, hotels, travel insurance, and holiday packages
Provide visa assistance and travel documentation guidance
Create custom travel itineraries based on client needs
Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and deals
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners
Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
Requirements:
Previous experience in a travel agency or hospitality sector preferred
Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
