Join a growing Travel and Tourism Conglomerate with 6 Country Offices across the Globe!

We are looking a well seasoned, experienced, well-connected and dynamic individual to join our team and operate from our office in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates, as Travel Agency Manager, at Assistant Manager Grade.

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring in high-networth and lucrative businesses to the table and generate substantial revenues. The ideal candidate should mandatorily have a proven track record in sales and branch operations,

with direct exposure in curating exceptional travel packages for both inbound and outbound products within the travel and tourism industry in the UAE

, supported by exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Acquisition:

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector, backed by the strong network of references.

Revenue Sustenance and Assurance:

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new business acquisitions and fostering lucrative partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.

Sales Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and objectives, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings and market presence.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent). Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the travel and tourism industry specifically in the UAE. Wide network of industry contacts, references and allies, who will play a vital role in monetization of market opportunity, in the shortest span of time from landing the job. Ability to procure, curate and design unmatchable travel deals from B2B and other vendors in the industry, and sell effectively in targeted customer bases who match the desired profiles. Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large business accounts. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and data to drive informed decisions. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.

What We Offer:

Competitive fixed salary ranging from AED 7,000.00 to AED 8,500.00 per month, depending on the candidate's profile, experience and accolades.
