Job Description

Job Purpose:
Perform transportation planning tasks, studies, and participate in developing of transport network and updating schedules
Key Results Accountabilities:
\xc2\xb7 Conduct analysis and prepare reports/presentations on different issues related to transport network.
\xc2\xb7 Study and evaluate different routes to enhance the optimization, integration and sustainability of the transportation system.
\xc2\xb7 Assess the readiness of the routes and vessels to keep up with customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations.
\xc2\xb7 Analyze transportation demand trends and the utilization of the vessels and efficiency of the routes.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and review transport schedule for all vessels
\xc2\xb7 Communicate with stakeholder and developers to review project
\xc2\xb7 Prepare a month summary of the vessel utilization, passenger kilometer travelled and transaction/passengers for the transport network
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelors in Transportation planning or Engineering from a recognized university
\xc2\xb7 5+ years of relevant experience in transportation, mobility planning, analysis or other related fields.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient and in depth understanding of Microsoft Office.
\xc2\xb7 Moderate understanding in Data manipulation and in the use of relevant software.
\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of Financial Analysis.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of transportation scenario evaluation tools and procedures.
