Senior Transportation Modeler/Planner
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Transportation Modeler/Planner to join our team!
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Conducting travel demand modeling using CUBE and other software packages.
Prepare traffic impact studies for small and large developments including data collection and analysis.
Develop and analyzes mitigation measures.
Handle urban \\metropolitan transportation planning and traffic engineering tasks including corridor studies and regional network studies.
Perform operational analysis using standard packages including SYNCHRO, SIDRA, HCS, and VISSIM.
Perform other related duties based on the requirements of the organization.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or related discipline \xe2\x80\x93 Master Degree desirable.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in multi-modal travel demand modeling and preparation of demand forecasts - CUBE software experience required.
STEAM model user experience will be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
