- As a Transport Supervisor and a Front Office team member, you are part of a team that is responsible for the smooth arrival, stay and departure experiences of the guests
- Personalize guests’ orientation about the destination in a professional, friendly and engaging way
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
- Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Ensure that all travel arrangements of our guests is well organized with internal and external partners
- Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
- Should have at least 2 years experience as Transport Supervisor role in Front Office.
- Should have previous experience in handling, assisting and coordinating busy operations for airport pickups and drop offs
- UAE Light Vehicle Driving License Holder is mandatory
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
