Job Description
We are currently seeking a Transport Supervisor to join our client\'s private company in Abu Dhabi.
The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation department, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation department, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of drivers and vehicles
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Ensure that all drivers comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or complaints from customers or drivers
- Hire, train, and manage a team of drivers and transportation staff
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations, including DOT regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
