Transport Supervisor

Job Description

  • Managing and organizing schedules & routes for regular pickup & drop of staff and making sure drivers are aware of their duty.
  • Plan and direct transportation for daily request on material collection and other trips for local and remote destination.
  • Prepare and process petty cash for transportation related expenses.
  • Traffic Fines: Daily/Weekly review of traffic account and follow up & payment of traffic fines.
  • Salik: Register new vehicles and monitor all accounts for top ups as required on weekly basis.
  • Monthly Fuel: Addition and deletion of vehicle fuel account, review consumption and monthly payment summary and coordinate other disputes in ADNOC Wallet & SAFEER EMARAT.
  • Vehicle Registration: Coordinate for insurance and registration of new vehicles, tracking and renewal of existing vehicles.
  • Prepare vehicle repair request and review/approval of quotation received from MotorPro.
  • Coordination & Follow up for periodic services and repair of normal breakdowns.
  • Coordinate and follow up for repair of vehicle breakdown due to road accidents.
  • Receive and process MotorPro Invoices for LPO and payable accounts.
  • Prepare vehicle takeover/handover report.
  • Monitor, track and analysis of all company & rental vehicles through GPS system.
  • Administration and coordination of locator system for any kind of troubleshooting and updates as required.
  • Prepare Trip tickets for all the drivers and verify trip tickets for admin staff.
  • Prepare monthly timesheet for EIFM drivers and verify timesheets for submission.
  • Verify invoices of rental vehicles.
Skills required:
  • MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Detail Oriented
  • Time Management.
Eligibility :
  • Must have minimum 4 years of UAE experience as Transport Supervisor/Coordinator.
  • High School or Bachelor degree.
  • Preference will be given for those who can join immediately.
