We are hiring a Translator for our construction site operations.
The role is mainly focused on translating between workers, engineers, and management to ensure smooth communication on site.
Responsibilities
Translate daily instructions between site supervisors, engineers, and workers
Support communication during toolbox talks, meetings, and inspections
Translate safety guidelines, notices, and technical instructions
Assist in preparing simple reports or notes when required
Coordinate with site teams to relay updates and changes in real time
Ensure clear communication to avoid misunderstandings and delays
Accompany engineers during site rounds for live translation
Provide cultural/linguistic support when dealing with multiple nationalities
Requirements
Proven experience as a translator/interpreter (construction background preferred)
Ability to translate accurately between
English
and the required language(s)
Good understanding of construction site terms (advantage)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction sites
Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
Working Hours
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Company transport:
Pick-up at 7:00 AM
Drop-off at 6:00 PM
