Listen to customer requirements and provide feedback to develop new service solutions or identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare project schedules, methods of statement, resource planning, and forecasts to ensure timely execution, while aligning transformer adaptations with specifications.
Drive improved quality and reduction of non-conformance costs through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and enhance customer perception via proactive communication and stakeholder management.
Promote a strong EHS mindset and Zero Harm culture on-site, while preparing and submitting final test reports and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), analyzing test data to confirm transformer performance.
