Key Responsibilities

• Design, incubate, and lead implementation of strategic transformation initiatives aligned with Upstream Directorate vision and ADNOC corporate strategy
• Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, overseeing interdependencies, resources, risks, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead large-scale change management initiatives, advising on best practice methodologies for systems and process re-engineering
• Define strategic fit and alignment of priority projects, ensuring objectives and mandates are met
• Proactively steer initiatives and teams to deliver agreed outcomes and measurable performance improvements
• Sponsor enhancements to practices and processes, identify gaps, and establish frameworks to document outcomes and lessons learned
• Provide strategic and commercial support to key investment projects and high-impact Upstream priorities
• Act as ambassador for change management, ensuring cross-functional alignment and sustained adoption
• Manage strategic communications into and out of the Upstream Director's office and prepare executive-level materials
• Build collaboration networks across ADNOC Group to leverage expertise and drive integrated delivery
• Support development and monitoring of division business plans and annual budgets; control expenditure and address variances
• Cascade performance objectives, establish monitoring mechanisms, and promote a performance-driven culture
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights and present executive reports to support decision-making
• Support people development, knowledge transfer, succession planning, and Emiratization objectives
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement; translate concepts into actionable initiatives
• Guide development and implementation of division policies, processes, systems, and controls in line with ADNOC standards and regulations
• Oversee HSE, sustainability, and integrity compliance across the division
• Contribute to enterprise risk management, identify domain risks, and recommend mitigation measures
• Ensure timely, accurate management reporting to senior leadership and shareholders

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in progressively senior managerial roles
• Strong preference for oil and gas industry experience
