Key Responsibilities

• Execute transactions accurately and on time in line with approved procedures and SLAs
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate operational risks and processing exceptions
• Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Maintain complete and accurate records, documentation, and audit trails
• Support payment center operations and day-to-day processing activities
• Prepare operational and management reports to support decision-making
• Act as custodian for security items, customer records, and sensitive documentation
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Adhere to information security, confidentiality, and record retention standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
• Experience in transaction processing or operations within a banking environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and control
• Understanding of banking operations, reconciliations, and payment processes
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines under defined SLAs
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills
