Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a Training Manager to lead skill enhancement and process training for sales support functions across the organization. This role focuses on empowering teams in CRM, collections, telesales, customer service, and documentation to deliver exceptional performance aligned with business objectives.
Core Duties

• Design and develop engaging training programs tailored to each department's operational requirements.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sessions for new hires and existing staff to strengthen process understanding and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to assess training needs, using performance metrics and business priorities to guide program development.
• Monitor employee adherence to company protocols and best practices, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance reviews, refining programs accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of sessions, attendance, feedback, and progress for management reporting.
• Develop e-learning modules, simulations, and digital resources to expand accessibility and reach.
• Create practical tools such as quick-reference guides, FAQs, and process checklists for daily use by teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a training role.
• Background in telesales or collections preferred.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Kahoot, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
