Manage training needs for food service and retail outlets in UAE Prepare the learning platform and modules for existing Food service and Retail outlets in UAE Evaluate training needs and current training programs and roll out training calender Prepare on-boarding training plan, material and budgets Create and deliver a training development plan with complete set of training materials, tutorials, learning resources, online modules. Create a positive productive workforce that can optimize its current and future goals and objectives and deliver quality products and services that can meet consumers' requirements or needs. Manage the development of people--and to do so in a way that supports other key business priorities. Requirements Min 7 yrs experience with developing and delivering training solutions in the retail and/or food sector. Proven experience in creating training tools, materials and presentations Excellent presentation skills to present and handle training programs effectively. Has the communication skills and presence to gain credibility & acceptance Display a positive, can-do attitude to promote new ideas and improvements Multi-tasking Well-developed administrative skills to manage training programs efficiently, including sessions and budgets. Impressive communication and interpersonal skills in English, written and spoken. Multilingual candidates preferred.
