to lead employee onboarding and training programs across our restaurant branches. The role focuses on developing team skills, conducting in-branch audits, and ensuring high operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
Conduct branch visits to audit hygiene, SOP compliance, and service quality.
Develop and maintain training materials and evaluation tools.
Collaborate with branch managers to address development needs.
Report training outcomes and provide insights to management.
