MEFMA Overview



The Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA) is a non-profit, professional regional association headquartered in Dubai. It is dedicated to developing the Facility Management (FM) industry across the Middle East.

MEFMA supports the sector through a wide range of activities, including:

Organizing FM events and conferences

Building and delivering professional FM training courses and exams

Publishing industry reports and thought leadership content

Operating as a membership-based association for FM professionals and entities

MEFMA serves Middle East countries and works daily with a diverse group of stakeholders across the region. Despite its broad regional reach, MEFMA operates with a small team of 9 highly capable professionals, each playing a critical role in delivering impact efficiently and at high standards.

Required Qualities and Expectations



This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional responsible for the planning, development, execution and continuous improvement of MEFMA's training programs (courses and exams) as well as other MEFMA initiatives.

An ownership mentality and a flexible, responsible, can?do attitude is a baseline requirement for all MEFMA team members, as each is an ambassador of MEFMA to our members, vendors, and industry.

Roles & Responsibilities



Training Department:



Training Strategy & Program Development

- Implement the approved training strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Manage and execute the introduction of new training programs in response to industry needs and market demand.

- Ensure continuous enhancement and regular updating of training materials and curricula.

- Ensure all training-related content and pages on the website are accurate and up to date.

- Proactively work towards boosting course registrations.

Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

- Plan and schedule MEFMA's annual training calendar.

- Prepare and monitor the training budget, ensuring compliance with approved allocations.

- Prepare monthly and annual training reports, analyzing performance data to support informed decision-making.

Training Operations & Quality Assurance

- Handle end-to-end training operations, including registrations, venues, logistics, catering, branding, and overall participant experience.

- Oversee the examination platform to ensure smooth functionality and reliable assessment processes.

Stakeholder & Trainer Management

- Foster strong and productive relationships with MEFMA trainers, addressing their needs and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new trainers.

- Collaborate with training institutions to expand the delivery of MEFMA training programs across the region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and sign agreements with them to ensure regular delivery of MEFMA training programs.

MEFMA Programs & Initiatives:



Develop, implement, and manage programs that contribute to MEFMA's growth, industry engagement, and value creation, including but not limited to: Volunteer Program, Recruitment Hub, Consultation Hub, etc.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and sustainability of growth-focused initiatives.

Monitor program performance, measure impact, and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Support the development of policies, guidelines, and operational frameworks related to new programs and initiatives.

Any other duties related to training and industry programs development.

Required Skills & Experience



Experience & Soft Skills:



Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination and program management. Arab Nationality Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation, skills. Calm under pressure; able to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
