Responsible to provide the technical / EHSQ / HC training to the whole work crew as per company standards and also make sure the quality of the service provided and allocated resources.

Performance Indicators

• Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements

• Operational Standards

• Producing training schedules and classroom agenda and Determining course content according to objectives. Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

• Submit the training materials

• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually, arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.

• KPI Measurement

• Keep record and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.

• Observe and evaluate results of training programs, determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

• Support the development of new HSE training courses as determined by the needs of the project to address specific hazards, trends or the need for refresher training by project workers.

• Documenting and addressing related to fleet and asset quality compliance

• Address the service quality related observations on time to the operations team and maintain the tracking records of each observation along with CAPA.

• Audit the safety procedure at the work site and address the observation along with CAPA, implement HIRA at the work sites.

• Monthly CAPA updates

• Conduct the periodical site audit as per the company requirement

• Audit Reports

• Ensure that the SOP\xe2\x80\x99s are implemented and followed, track the violations, and ensure corrective action to be taken within the agreed time frame.

• Ensure proper utilization of PPE and keep the record of PPE

• Monthly report

• Any safety or SOP violation need to be reported to the line manager and track the disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (Graduation) is a must.
• HSE Diploma from a recognized institute is desired.
• NEBOSH / IOSH certified

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication Skills in English and Hindi and knowledge in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Must have good computer Skills with advanced MS office.
• UAE Driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability and Commitment.
