We are seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator / Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs and related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
Liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
Prepare and distribute training materials and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the training team.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience in training coordination or administration is preferred.
Preferred:
Experience with Adobe applications (e.g., Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign).
